Your Guarantee of Privacy

At North Hill Cottages we have a simple attitude to the privacy of your email address, your phone number and your postal address. We won't swap, sell, share or rent any of your personal information to third parties. We also won't try to push affiliate or marketing partner products or services on to you. The only communication you will receive from us, will be from us, and about our holiday cottages - if you want it.

Your Email Address

We only collect and hold your email address in order to send you occasional updates on availability or special offers for example - and only if you want them. If you un-check the tick box on our contact form to say you don't want to be contacted, then we won't contact you at all. If you do request that we contact you, we will gladly unsubscribe you at any time you like. We deal with all communication in the office - there are no marketing partners or affiliates which we will give any of your details to.

Tell-a-Friend - Your Friend's Email Address

No need to worry about your friends' email addresses when you use our 'Tell-a-Friend' form to let your friends or family know about us. The addresses you enter for you friends will never be contacted by us, nor will their addresses be sold, rented, or shared with anyone. Your friends' email addresses will only be used to pass them the message you send them. They will never be contacted by us again, unless of course they ask us to contact them in the future.

There are occasionally problems with people who are not necessarily associated with your party who abuse the Tell-a-Friend form to send email to someone you know at random. As yet we have not heard of this happening to any of our subscribers but it is something to be aware of with an 'open' service such as this.

To Unsubscribe

Unsubscribing from our email/postal list is as easy as we can make it. If you reply to our email with 'unsubscribe' in the subject or email body, we will not contact you again. The same applies with a phone call or postal letter sent to us asking to be removed from our list. No problems, no attitude, just thanks for visiting us and hope you come again.
